My mum's sky + box works fine all day and then loses signal every evening around 6pm for about 2 hours when it just reconnects by itself. She has been onto engineers a number of times and they talk her through rebooting (she's 87 and finds it all a bit confusing). Nothing has worked. She has no broadband so the box is not connected to any broadband. Any idea (overheating? Timer?) please.
