I have a problem connecting to on demand services. My sky+ box is connected to my router but the connection to on demand says fail. I've reconnected my router, rebuilt my box and contacted my internet provider to see if there was any permission blocked and there is nine. Does anyone have the answer as to how I can restore my connection to on demand please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry turning off both your router and your Sky box at the plug. Then wait 30 seconds before turning your router back on and another 4 minutes before turning your Sky box on.
See if they then connect.

I've tried this and it haven't worked. Any other advice please
