Have a read through this and checks things like the cables:

If this doesn't help you will have to contact a company local to you to come out as Sky no longer supports Sky+ boxes.

....or now might be the time to upgrade to Sky Q. Dish and cab.ing faults would be put right as part of the Sky Q installation, at no additional cost to you.
