Sky Engineer

Is there a way of booking a sky engineer online or do I have to call.  I had my lounge replastered a few weeks ago and the plasterer accidentally damaged the cables that run into the house - I can still watch sky but the screen does freeze and has interference.

If you don't have Sky Protect Insurance then you'll need to contact a 3rd party as Sky don't send "engineers" for Sky+ any more

Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ subscribers, I'm afraid, unless you have Sky Protect. You would need to contact a local satellite TV installer.
