Hi,
I have misplaced a customer's SKY viewing card when changing his box from standard SKY which the customer used as a secondry box to HD. He needs the card as he has a BT sports subscription on it, but does not pay SKY for a subscription.
How do I get a replacement card for him? I am totally responsible so hoping I can organise on his behalf, or at least make the process as easy as possible for him if he needs to call SKY.
Help!!
