LG magic remote sky hd record

Have just got a new LG tv with magic remote, working well with sky hd box the one thing I can't work out how to do is record a sky program, any ideas how to do this?

We've just got a new lg smart tv with magic remote. Can control all functions on the sky box except the record function. LG support told me to set up simplink, but I then get the message recording not supported in this input.
