Every single time I tighten the satellite cables it keeps saying no satellite signal and I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem

Unfortunately, Sky no longer send engineers to Sky+ setups, so unless you have Sky Protect cover, you would need to call an independent local satellite company to investigate.
Alternatively, consider switching to Sky Q, in which case Sky will sort out the signal during the installation.

@oj01 I used to have a sky subscription for my sky Q but we cancelled our sky subscription in 2023

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sky_hd_user When you cancelled Sky Q did you get the LNB changed back to one that is compatible with a Sky+HD box? If not, that's why you're getting 'No Satellite Signal'.
