What error messages do you see on scren when you try to use your Sky+ box?

@Bmcn  Are you seeing any of the below on screen messages when trying to watch Sky+? Follow our no satellite signal help steps.

  • “Your Sky+HD box isn’t getting a satellite signal. Your recordings in the Planner and the On Demand service may still be available”
  • "Your Sky+HD box isn't getting a satellite signal."
  • "No satellite signal"
  • "No signal"
  • "No input"
