Disappearing Channel 5 programmes

I live in Ireland and can usually get all the Channel 5 programmes.  Last night I tried to get "The Yorkshire Vet" and discovered that most of my Channel 5 programmes came up with "Technical Fault".   Have these been removed or can I retune them.   I have Sky Plus.

C5 have changed transponder. As it is not officially available In Ireland you will need to manually retune to:

11307 H

27500 2/3

DVBS
QPSK

I wonder we are trying to add these as after calling sky we were told that the technical fault is something cannot be fixed.

We will try again but just in case any idea how we can do this and retrieve our channels?
