Sky store credit not being used

I have £50 credit on Sky Store (from a voucher from Audi). I have ordered two movies over the last couple of months and they have been added to my normal bill for this month rather than being taken from the credit. Any ideas how to sort this?

Half success... they've refunded one of the two movies I purchased 🙄

 

Gonna leave it at that, not got the inclination to message then again.

Hi @JayDeeGee 

 

The reason is that Skystore only uses up credit when you buy / rent a movie online. If you buy from your Sky box - the cost gets added to your bill. 

as @GD1 suggests- your best solution is to chat to sky store to see if they are willing / able to rework how you have been charged for your two movies.

When you have a credit on your Sky Store account so that it is used @JayDeeGee you do have the place the order online so via the Sky Store website so is this what you did ?

Thanks all! That does seem a bit daft but nothing surprises me with Sky 😂

 

I'll try contacting Sky tomorrow and see what they say. I'll post back here if I get a result.

Chatted with online chat this morning and they are me they'll credit back the movies 🤞🏻 should be sorted, thanks for the help on here 😎

 

In don't understand why the Sky Store works that way but there you go 🤷

That's better than nothing I guess @JayDeeGee 

 

If you have a Sky Q box, are you aware that if you buy a movie online (using your credit) - you can then select "send to box" from the Skystore app, which will do just that. 

You can't do that with rentals though
