When seeing the offer of Sing for free, I've tried to 'purchase' it through the link and have entered my PIN correctly. I then get an error message saying "There is a problem accessing my payment"
Ive then gone to my recordings to see if it's downloaded and none of my previous purchases are showing. I've checked on Sky store through the website and they're showing in my account but aren't available on the Q Box. Any ideas!?

It's not letting me do the purchase through the main Sky Q box. Upon further investigation, it will let me purchase and view my purchases on the mini box but not on the main one.
