I purchased a movie on the sky store yesterday and it won't download so I'm unable to watch it

It says 'because of a technical issue your download couldn't be completed, please try again later' I'm with sky broadband.

it just says it's unable to download, im with sky broadband. I've been speaking to an advisor but still no closer to being resolved
