Movie won’t download

I purchased a movie on the sky store yesterday and it won't download so I'm unable to watch it

What is happening when you try to download it and who is your broadband provider ?

It says 'because of a technical issue your download couldn't be completed, please try again later' I'm with sky broadband.

it just says it's unable to download, im with sky broadband. I've been speaking to an advisor but still no closer to being resolved

Is this a film you have purchased via Buy and Keep (and not a rented one), if so instead of trying to do it via your Sky box see if you can send it to it via here:
