yes we are. Tried a planner reset and reset the box but no joy. Have an engineer booked for Thursday but any ideas welcome

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAn engineer will probably not fix this because this is an issue that most BT Broadband customers with a Sky+ or Sky Q box are seeing as there are many other posts on this elsewhere here.
There is a possible work around but this isn't working for everyone so see Question 30 here
