Failed to download sky +

Sky+ box rented a film but failed message keeps coming up

Hi

 

yes we are. Tried a planner reset and reset the box but no joy. Have an engineer booked for Thursday but any ideas welcome

An engineer will probably not fix this because this is an issue that most BT Broadband customers with a Sky+ or Sky Q box are seeing as there are many other posts on this elsewhere here.

 

There is a possible work around but this isn't working for everyone so see Question 30 here
