Downloded movies disappeared

I have purchased movies on sky store and have previously downloaded them to my tablet (onto sd card) which has previously been seemless.  However, all movies are now showing as not downloaded and do not download.  Has anyone else experienced this give some advice on how to fix?

Hi @Absf1

I assume you are trying to view them from within either the Skystore app or Skystore on line ?

Are you using the latest version of the app and are you signed in with the same Sky ID as when you bought them.

What happens when you try to download them ? Do you see a little download icon ?

All I can think @Absf1 is - delete the app - reboot your device - reinstall the app

if still no good - have a chat with the Skystore team - livechat is open now and until 7.30pm

@Absf1 @mike+simmonds

I wonder if DRM has changed and the app is getting confused by old content data files stored locally?

Actually, I thought download to SD card was blocked, and only fixed storage could be used.

That's a fair point @TimmyBGood and a possibility.

I know that I can download a Skystore movie on to a hard drive within my PC but it is well hidden and of course encrypted.

Re: Downloded movies disappeared

Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to fix the issue to be able to download again.

I've noticed that to download in SD has now been removed....( movies I had cls have been in SD).

Downloading to SD card is still permitted and all movies now downloaded and stored ready for the trip.  Kids will be pleased.  Thanks for ur help
