Cannot buy

Been using sky store for several years with no issues but now get a message saying You can only buy or rent in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands. I'm in Sheffield so definitely in the UK

 

tried WiFi and 5g and on a phone, tablet and laptop.

any ideas how to fix it?

It could be that for whatever reason the system believes you are not in the UK, so I would get in touch with Sky Store support about this, live chat opens at 11am tomorrow:

Livechat as  @caesarome suggests is the most sensible next step - although probably worth just looking at your address in your Sky account just to make sure your postcode hasn't been mistyped.
