87 year old with dementia orders from Sky Store by mistake

Hi, I have Power of Attorney for my 87 year old Dad. He has dementia and has ordered films from Sky Store by mistake believing them to be free. What can I do to 1) get his money back and 2) prevent him from accessing Sky Store.

for Future purchases you could change the sky PIN settings to "PIN on purchase"  (In settings /parental / manage/ PIN on purchase)
