trying to return my equipment, creating a return label does not work, what is the adress?

In the title. I fill in the form click 'create' (or whatever it says sorry can't remember) and nothing happens. 

I don't actually have a printer, but the address is nowhere to be seen and this seems to be the only way to get it.

I just want the address so I can go to the post office.

Have you tried using a different web browser or device to do this ?

 

Failing that if you have cancelled Sky Q then Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV.

 

When you do return it add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
