Hello, it was all working I know it's connected to HDMI 2 but there is nothing on the screen even though the light is green on the box?
I've rebooted the main SKY TV box and also rebooted the SKY mini box as well.
I've also pressed the WPS button on my router which is in the room next door.
But still nothing is appearing on the screen?
Could it be a dodgy HDMI cable? It was working though before?
Can anyone help?

Assume you tried this on the mini box @Loopyloo521 ? And not the main Q box..
If the TV is on there should be a No signal message on the TV screen.
Are you sure that the TV is switched to the correct HDMI input?

Hi @Loopyloo521
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

omg I literally just touched the HDMI cable and it came on. It must have got loose somehow! Thank you for your help.
