When watching Netflix on our main box it constantly shows error codes and we can't watch anything without it stopping numerous times! I have followed all troubleshooting but this is still an issue. We also get small signal losses when watching tv (it blacks out for a second or two all the time)!

Call Sky, get Netflix removed, and add it back again,
then you need to reset settings(use the hidden menu - press home, scroll down to settings - keep settings highlighted, press 0,0,1 and select on the remote - scroll down to reset, reset settings - and your box will restart.
Then your remote won't work, when the screen shows when the screen goes blank and press the home button(when the screen goes blank, you'll see an amber light on the box, press the amber light on the box.
Then your we need to pair your remote.
when you see an amber light on the sky q box.
press and hold 1 and 3 together on the remote and follow the on-screen messages
now we have to refresh your apps.
then you need to refresh apps (use the hidden menu - press home, scroll down to settings - keep settings highlighted, press 0,0,1, and select on the remote - scroll down to apps, and you'll see refresh apps - select that, it will say your apps are being refreshed.
Give it 30 seconds
Press Home and go to Netflix.
the you see get started.
select that and follow on-screen messages and your Netflix will start working.
