Upgrade not showing

Upgraded to sky sports via website and its not showing on my sky Q box. it's also been more 4 hours since the upgrade

@gladys44 it can take upto 24 hours but is usually on your account much sooner

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
