Sky Q mini box not working

Mini Q box not connecting with main box. Main box okay for sky tv. Tried all recommend fixes. Error code MR104 showing. No signal on tv connected to mini Q box.

@NAH So you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructionsthen

rebooting your mini box
