So I recently returned the following using the pre paid royal mail 48 hour tacked service;
sky q box
sky q mini
sky q broadband router
this was on the 4th Sept and on the last track today it is still at south midlands mc according to royal mail track website?
as far as im concerned i have done my bit and obviously have proof of postage. Just not sure what next as feel this now becomes an issue with sky and royal mail?
anyone advise?

No but that's probably because i have moved address, hense the cancellation and return of the old equipment.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
