No Sky Q network connection

Hello, I've spent 2 hours following guides to get my sky Q box to work. There is no network connection. 
I have done the following: 

1. gone to settings and clicked on network connection (which has a cross). I then go to set up, held the WPS button on router. StilL doesn't work. 
2. I've reset the router, the hub, the SkyQ box.... nothing. 
3. I can't find a phone number to call anyone!

4. I'm a Sky VIP member for 28 years and feeling very frustrated. 
Any support welcome.

Yes, I do. 
It's been resolved now. Sky tech team talked us through it. 
involved the mini Sky q box which I hadn't considered.

Yes, I do. 
It's been resolved now. Sky tech team talked us through it. 
involved the mini Sky q box which I hadn't considered.

What? That's interesting. How did you resolve it because lots of people having issues like this at the mo.

Tbh, I was at work so my so my teenage son did it. It involved switching off both SkyQ boxes and resetting the router. I'll ask him when he gets home. He called the customer services number and said the lady was really helpful.
