Disc space message

I am not able to record tv as the box is displaying a message with problem with disk space but under recordings manage disk space it displays the message problem with disk space and does not let me into the manage option  Also unable to freeze or rewind live tv

Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box? Let us know on this thread if you don't know how to.
