This update is not working any longer. I have to still press it twice to switch off the system and then the TV

I reckon it uses HDMI-CEC to do this. Is it turned on, on the TV and Sky box?

It worked last week and I haven't changed anything. It must be to do with the Sky Q

Still works for me there are several factors that can disable this feature both on the SkyQ/mini and the TV a faulty HDMI lead/socket could also cause it to fail. 

SkyQ 2TBv3 (32B206 - Q250.000.11..00L (“5qq6eks) (Ethernet) on LGUM7400, SkyQMini (32D0B2 - Q250.000.11..00L (“5qq6eks) (Ethernet) Virgin Media BB.
