Hi everyone,
I have Netflix on my Sky Q and whenever I go to watch something it gets to 76% then kicks me off back to the app screen.
I've followed all the reboot and software update instructions but don't seem to be getting anywhere.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go the left hand Netflix menu.
Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get Help.
On the Next screen there is an option to reload Netflix.
Try that.
