I should have a 2 screen limit with Netflix Ultimate TV add on, but only ever permission to have a single instance.

I just renewed my sky contract and pay for boost and only getting screen limit error when I try to use 2 screens, When I look at my Netflix account it says Basic, so I am guessing Sky ave not properly upgraded me with Netflix. Any idea how I get solved with Sky?
