My remote is not operating when pressing the enter button

The problem concerns my mini box

My enter button is not responding when trying to respond to connecting to my WiFi   
other functions such as volume control is ok. 
l am constantly having to reconnect my mini box to my WiFi.

Hi @Matrix971 Try :-

Re-pair your remote
Hold down 7 and 9 until the remote's light flashes 4 times to factory reset your remote.

Then you need to pair it again:

Hold down 1 and 3 together
Select Continue and follow th on screen instructions.

 

Then reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, followed by any Mini boxes?
