I cannot add HD to my package

I have tried adding HD to my package but nothing happens. Do I need to phone.

If it is not an option in your My Sky Account or the VIP App then I'm afraid you do.


If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent
