I can’t watch Netflix on any other device than the Sky Box

Why can't I change my Netflix account to my Sky account on any other device than the main Sky box

You can. You just need to log in to the Netflix app on your other device with the same username and password that you used to set up Netflix on your Sky box. 

Which Netflix tier do you subscribe to? Is it the basic service with ads?

I have this problem too! How do I retrieve the sign in details I used for Netflix on my Sky box??

hi @ALONE+OAK 

 

You can check which email by y going into the app then Left arrow to bring the Side menu

Then arrow down to go to 'Get Help' & press enter/select

This will show the email account you used

 

You can't find out what your password is but you can go to Netflix password reset on a browser on another device to reset it (If you do reset it, you will need to use the new one on the SKY Q box as well, of course)
