I can receive no TV chanells. A message appears on screen saying there is a technical fault.

When I turn on my Sky Q box a message appears saying there ids a technical fault, so I cannot receive any channels. How can this please be fixed?

I was watching Indian channel when a message appeared saying technical fault on the channel. I tried bbc1,2 and 3 and same message appears. I switched off everything and still same message appears. Tried watching recordings but still nothing happens. My main box in next room is working fine. I can see all the recordings but when I press play it does not and screen goes blank.
