Can’t download or record anything on sky q. It’s saying there’s a technical issue

I can't download or record anything on sky q. Message on screen is telling me 'due to a technical issue your download couldn't be completed., please try later'. This has been going on for days now. Any ideas please?

Hi @GarethDeakin Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
