I recently done a sky swap. I sent the old device back on the 23rd and haven't heard anything back. I'm waiting to do another swap but have to wait for this one to be finalised and was wondering how long that usually takes.

The 23rd was only 5 days ago so you will need to wait longer as it can take up to 3 weeks for the company that handles the return the returns for Sky to process any returned stock, if after 3 weeks you still have not heard anything then call Sky on 150.

It might be quicker than that but based on posts from other people on here 3 weeks does seem to be the average wait time.
