Service Restricted

I'm trying to add an Apple Watch to my account but when I click it's saying there is an outstanding action on the account. When I click to reinstate services it brings up the bill and a tick to say everything is fine. I pay by direct debit each month and everything is paid up to date.

Hi @estrella101  give sky a call on 150 so they can look at this for you.
