Free samsung ear buds

Hi

Have upgraded my phone and my husband for Samsung S24 

2 phones received today but only 1 set of ear buds

They were supposed to be sent with the phone's but only 1 set arrived

When you placed the order did both buds appear in the order confirmation if both phones where ordered at the same time ?
