Failed SIM card

After activation of my new SIM card (2 weeks ago) it worked for a day then gets no signal (my wife's one working fine) Absolutely no help from Sky, just get passed around and told it will be fixed in 3 days. Have phoned 4 times now. I have also followed the help gismo and made settings changes supplied. I am a totally new customer, got Broadband and 2 SIM cards. Still within 30 days so probably going to cancel all services if not fixed soon. I'm very frustrated and stressed over this.

You could try ordering a replacement SIM but it won't arrive until early next week now.

Thanks, I have asked for a new one at each of the 4 phone calls but they haven't given me one.

If you go throigh that link then via device support you should be able to order one yourself if nothing there fixes your issue.

Unable to go through the link, my Motorola model XT2231-2 isn't on the listing so can't continue.
