sky on m2 Mac

Since upgrading to a mac running M2 I can't seem to get sky go working. I'm always being displayed with error (001) unable to connect. Can someone help me with getting sky go working again? Never had an issue on my intel Mac

You need to ensure Rosetta 2  is installed / enabled as Sky haven't spent the time or money to develop an updated version of the Sky Go app for Apple Silicon so the current version is *still* only an Intel app, 3 years after Apple pivoted all their devices to Apple Silicon and we're about to see the M3 devices announced  in the next month or so.

Did you ever get this issue fixed. I have the same problem and installing Rosetta 2 didn't make any difference. Just get the 001 error code.
