I have just downloaded SkyGo on my PC and loaded it up for the first time. I try to click the play button on the F1 channel but I am just greeted with the message, "SkyGo is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Code:1404. I have tried searching online for a reason but lots of forums seem to be filled with people just as confused as I am. Please help! I would really like to watch the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend.

If so then does your PC show as a registered device here:
https://secure.sky.com/device-management
If so delete it, close the app and reboot your pc and try again to use it,

Link is dead.
So frustrating. Have a new laptop and cannot watch sky go becaise of error 1404. Can't for the life of me find where to add/remove devices...

Im also having this problem, i am signed in on SkyGo but my laptop isnt showing in my device list. Iv tried removing and reinstalling the app but it still gives me the code and wont work?

I have also had the same issue.
Insatalled on windows 10 ( SKYgo_ . Had errors saying the same.
I also have Skygo installed on my MiniMac into my TV. It say 'Unavailable'.
Tried unistalling/reinsatling many times.
There appears no fix. 2 weeks now !!!
Can anybody help please.
