It's not working? Why?
I have a brand new iPad Pro and the pop up says I need to upgrade my subscription.
Nonesense. I'm already paying £80+ pm
I note that this isn't an isolated issue. Are you refunding customers?

We confirmed the correct details and were able to successfully login afterwards.

Are you a new customer to Sky ?
Have you been a Sky customer on the past and left then returned ?
Is the app connected to your Sky Q box and if so do you have a multiscreen sub ?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I cannot get SkyGo to work on my new iPad. I definitely have the correct login details but keeps saying technician error and I see it is common error.
