Sky go on ipad

It's not working? Why? 
I have a brand new iPad Pro and the pop up says I need to upgrade my subscription.

Nonesense. I'm already paying £80+ pm 

I note that this isn't an isolated issue. Are you refunding customers?

Needs fixing within 24 hours

After speaking with Grant8 we checked the account and found they were using the wrong Sky ID to login with on the app. 

We confirmed the correct details and were able to successfully login afterwards.

 

It was great speaking with you Grant8 and thanks again.

You are talking to other Sky customers on here so lets start from the beginning, by answering these questions:

 

Are you a new customer to Sky ?

Have you been a Sky customer on the past and left then returned ?

Is the app connected to your Sky Q box and if so do you have a multiscreen sub ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

I cannot get SkyGo to work on my new iPad. I definitely have the correct login details but keeps saying technician error and I see it is common error.
