As above - I can't get sky go on my iPad now - all channels unavailable with error code 50-2 or too many devices connected- I only have 1 device streaming sky go - has previously worked without any problems

Yes it was previously working and there have been no alterations to the account

It was working fine at the weekend.
suddenly stoppped working yesterday.
No changes made to my account.
