Sky go on iPad - error code 50-2 previously worked ok

As above - I can't get sky go on my iPad now - all channels unavailable with error code 50-2 or too many devices connected- I only have 1 device streaming sky go  - has previously worked without any problems

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Was it previously working Ok for you @KOSmith and if it was have you made any changes to your account recently ?

Yes it was previously working and there have been no alterations to the account

It was working fine at the weekend.  
suddenly stoppped working yesterday.  
No changes made to my account.

I have the same problem have tried everything nothing working - have Sky responded.
