Sky Go

Just bought brand new Samsung Book 2 laptop, Sky Go app downloaded fine but when i try to open it it opens then does a Checking for Updates message then closes. Any ideas why?

I have exactly the same issue, new 'ish Mini-PC running virgin Windows 11 OS and it would appear that the latest SKY Go "update" (ver 23.5.1.0) has broken the App as its was running Ok a few months ago on a previous version (ver 23.2.2.0).   Makes you wonder how much UAT (user acceptance testing) SKY performs before releasing an update...not much I suspect?
