I've got the ad skipping app but no way to fast forward ads on Apple TV Sky Go or iPad Sky Go?

I got whole hometown. Am I missing something?

@Phizza921 I might be wrong but I don't think it applies to sky go

Skippable ads do not apply to Sky Go.

Latest version of sky go that came down today on Apple TV has no ads at all and a new interface. I think it might be 1080p too..

hopefully the no ads coming to sky stream soon, otherwise stream may be the superior product...

There's no reason to expect Go to continue with no advertising: that could quite simply be a temporary situation after a new release. Why would Sky want to undermine a commercial product with a 'free' one?

NOWtv is cheaper than stream yet it is a better product with no ads.

As an example true detective plays with no ads on sky go and nowtv yet I have to fast forward multiple ad breaks on stream.

Sky Q was a much superior product when it was released it had a whole ecosystem across tv and mobile sharing playlists and recordings etc. can't believe that Sky Go dosent have stream playlists shared..

that should be a basic thing with a streaming product in this day and age..

What's hilarious as well is that ad skipping works better on the freeview on demand content where the ads are a separate layer that you can just fast forward and not go over into the program itself. The ad skipping on sky content is a laugh
