Just joined was told i could start streaming from 15th of December but no email to set up new accoun

Just joined your sky go on 15th December and was told i coul start streaming from that date but have not had the email to set up my account.i am already paying so am intileld to the service

Sounds like you need to create a Sky ID if you haven't already:

You should only be paying when your services have been installed so has this happened yet or have you only just placed the order ?
