Can't find tv from sky or sky go on ps4

I'm trying to install sky go, tv from sky on a PS4 however its not in the tv and video section where the guide tells me it should be is it still an option? Could it be that I need to update software on ps4 if it needs an update?

To get you help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
