Unavailable to sort out HDMI WHY IS  THIS ,NTERNET  A  WASH WITH THIS PROBLEM , 2 KIDS INSTALLED THIS TV UNBELIEVABLE HOW BAD THIS IS BEEN OFF AND ON THIS FOR MONTHS

You aren't talking to Sky this is a customer helps customer forum, so there isn't any need to shout. If you describe the issues you are having in more detail the community will do its best to assist but with the limited information you have provided it's not clear what your issue is.
