unable to receive mail on Microsoft Mail from Sky Yahoo

The problem is with Windows Mail, hence your desktop and laptop are affected. Android devices don't use Windows Mail

Any one had issues with Yahoo! mail & verification code ?
4 days in and still trying to get sorted - dealt with the most unhelpful Sky colleagues and 3 and then call to America to Yahoo. 
still no resolve ? 
I need access to my email account asap 

no one from Sky prepared to help but quick enough to take your money each month.

It's asking fir verification code but it's not coming through to my text message - I don't recall my recovery number ? Set up near on 20 years ago

Confused. Sky Yahoo Mail two factor authentication was only implemented a couple of months ago - certainly not 20 years.

The Recovery Code will have been sent to your email address (and was displayed on screen when you set up 2FA)

I have not received any emails for days due to the verification code - but this is not coming through my text - just called Us again and spoke to Yahoo and they will not confirm phone number on account.

Are you sure you gave the correct mobile phone number when you set up 2FA? There haven't been any reports that I remember of the Verification Code not coming through.

Well no one will clarify the number so how the heck do you check ? Yahoo as much help at £4.80 a call as a chocolate teapot. 
this system is shocking 

escalated to management as other people had same issue & got resolved. 
20 more years of being loyal to Sky - makes me think differently.

Yahoo security features no longer work with Mail. It's data code on any email from a noreply.com address there is no way to fix as its yahoo that Is the issue. Didn't have any issues when sky mail used Google as there base.

I doubt you'll get anywhere speaking to Yahoo: pretty sure their 2FA set up (which has been in place for years) is different from the one implemented (badly) for Sky Yahoo Mail. You would need to speak to Sky, but I'm not sure they'll be able to help either.
