My emails are being diverted to the spam folder. I have checked them as not spam and they return to inbox, but after accessing them via outlook they end up in the spam folder. Has been happening for about three weeks.
Any ideas?

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
Then logout and change your password:

I've tried most of the suggestions here and elswhere. Changing filters, marking not spam, yet stiil emails go into the spam folder.

Are you doing this on the webmail? https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email
It may not work in you do it in an app/client.

So it only after viewing in Outlook, they return to the spam folder?
Is it Outlook for desktop or mobile?

Not after viewing in Outlook, I find them in spam on Yahoo/sky, then I move to inbox so that I can download to Outlook.
