Can’t get into my emails

Any help pls. Can't get into my sky email. Saying they have encountered a problem with my account and to ring. Keep ringing number but getting no where.

@tina.c  For the forum to try to help you need to provide more details, in what way is your email login not working?

 

Any messages when you attempt to log in?  When was the last time you logged in?

 

Sky/Yahoo login is for email I presume this is what your having an issue with?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I am having exactly the same problem. I am going round and round in circles. I call the number that the error message asks me to and an automated voice says a text has been sent. I go into the website as it tells me to and that tells me to call the number I've already phoned. I am mega stressed as am trying to sort stuff as my husband has just passed away and I really really dont need this right now

Can't log in to yahoo mail. Ringing the telephone number asks for your full password. That doesn't sound right to me so won't. Any ideas anyone ?
