We are not able to sign in to our email address we have not changed the password recently. It says the account is locked. It's a sky Yahoo mail and it doesn't seem possible to speak to anybody to resolve this. We have recently been hacked and I had to cancel bank cards etc so I'm concerned they have now accessed the emails.
