Issues connecting to Microsoft outlook servers

Hi

Anyone having issues with connectivity to microsoft outlook servers whilst using sky broadband/Wi-Fi? Work remotely and no issues in other locations who have other providers just the Sky broadband.

IT team have checked everything as well but still have major issues at home when using the sky network.
